Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 10 business days. Deliveries are not done on weekends or holidays by our logistic partners. In case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, you may expect a transparent update from our end. We’ll be updating on the status via Whatsapp Business Number & Email. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

BlueDart or DTDC : 3-5 business days : Calculated by weight by the logistic company, we happily share some part of the shipping with our customers. The details are reflected at the checkout.

  • Offering free shipping for orders above Rs 6000

The shipment confirmation and tracking number will be shared with you as soon as your order is booked with the logistics company. The Farm Monk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). The Farm Monk is not liable for any products damaged  during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you experience any quality issues, please raise a concern to us at (moo@thefarmonk.com or +917508400131) within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.We are happy to resolve and work around an amicable solution that is win-win for all sides. Please note that all our products are 100% pure, handmade just on order in our in-house family kitchen, hence element of variability is inevitable. Nevertheless, if the product still qualifies for return/exchange, the customer can send back the product. The cost of shipping a return will be borne by the customer. The fresh replacement product will be dispatched as soon as the returned product is received.
